Welcome to the inaugural quarterly newsletter for the Atlanta Land Trust. We will be using this platform to share our progress, announce opportunities and highlight our partnerships. With full-time staff now in place, the Atlanta Land Trust is focused on implementing its mission to create permanently affordable housing in the city of Atlanta. In the first quarter of 2019 we launched our website; celebrated the kick-off of the West Atlanta Preservation Initiative; started construction on 885 Smith Street; began marketing eight affordable homes in the Pittsburgh neighborhood; and announced our development partner for 1091 Tucker Avenue. We are also looking to grow our team and are accepting resumes for a Stewardship Manager.
