In the second quarter of 2019 we began marketing efforts for our first homes in the Pittsburgh neighborhood; made significant progress on the design and financing of 1091 Tucker Avenue; completed work on 885 Smith Street and 1138 Harwell Street; and hired a Stewardship Manager.
We were also thrilled to be included in the city of Atlanta’s recently released One Atlanta: Housing Affordability Action Plan. The plan establishes the City’s vision to provide a pathway to affordable and equitable housing opportunities for all who desire to call Atlanta home and outlines four key goals. The expansion of the number of homes kept affordable by community land trusts is identified as a key action item under the goal to ensure equitable growth for all Atlantans and minimize displacement.
