Inclusionary Zoning Ordinances

Questions about the inclusionary zoning ordinances? ALT can be a great solution to help developers meet these affordable housing requirements.

On January 29, 2018 the city of Atlanta passed inclusionary zoning ordinances that aim to improve housing opportunities for working individuals and families.

The ordinances apply to new multifamily rental developments and conversions with 10+ units in the BeltLine and Westside Overlay Districts.

ALT-Driven Projects

ALT will often seek out development partners to assist with developing projects on land that it controls.

Requests for Proposals will be used in these situations. All developers are welcome to respond, and are invited to review our active RFPs.
