She most recently served as the Senior Director of TOD and Real Estate with MARTA where she worked to create transit-oriented communities that connect people to opportunities, drive sustainable community development and promote regional prosperity. Previously she spent ten years at Invest Atlanta attracting investment to Atlanta’s most underserved communities.
Karen Babino

She is a licensed broker who has focused on working directly with low and moderate income households, encouraging homebuyer education, financial literacy and the use of down payment assistance programs. She is very active in her community having served in leadership roles in both her neighborhood organization and Neighborhood Planning Unit S. She previously worked in corporate marketing and communications for an acute-care, specialty hospital within a non-profit healthcare system.
Grace Roth

groth@atllandtrust.orgGrace Roth graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with her Master of City and Regional Planning. While at GA Tech, she worked as a Graduate Researcher and a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Scoring Intern at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Previously, she served as a Construction Site Coordinator with the Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity and Field Engineer/Civil Estimator with Kiewit Power Constructors, Inc. Grace is interested in the intersection of economic, environmental, and housing justice and hopes to empower people and communities to envision and create a better world.

Angel is a native Atlantan and graduate of Maynard Jackson High School (f/k/a Southside), Clayton State University and Phoenix University.

Dawn Arnold oversees Invest Atlanta’s Community Development, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources and Investment Services departments. Prior to her current position, Dawn served as Senior Vice President of Community Development and was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction in the successful execution of a shared vision of comprehensive community development, quality affordable housing, and economic growth in the City of Atlanta’s ten Tax Allocation Districts.

Rob Brawner leads the Partnership in its broad-based, collaborative focus on ensuring the promise of stronger communities and equitable, sustainable benefit to the 45 Atlanta BeltLine neighborhoods and beyond. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of the Partnership’s strategic plan, as well as capital and operational fundraising – and stewardship of the private and philanthropic funds that support of the construction of the project.

Andy Schneggenburger is the founder of Porch and Square, a real estate development and consulting firm focused on a triple-bottom-line and community-oriented approach to smart growth and housing affordability. Andy also serves as Policy Advisor to DeKalb County Commissioner Michelle Long Spears and serves as Chair of the Atlanta Housing Commission, an appointed body responsible for making housing policy recommendations to Atlanta City Council and the Mayor’s Office.

His professional experience spans over 15 years in developing and leading small businesses. His most recent venture, PacificPoint Realty, LLC, is a real estate development and investment firm, focused on the in-town Atlanta markets.
