1091 Tucker Avenue Information Session

The Atlanta Land Trust is excited to share an update on its project at 1091 Tucker Avenue in the Oakland City neighborhood. We have worked over the past several years to design this affordable townhome community in partnership with the Oakland City Community Organization and remain committed to this vision.

ALT is partnering with Intown Builders to construct a total of 36 townhomes on this 1.8-acre site. The project will include 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes units in a total of five buildings. Construction of the first phase, which will include 13 units, is expected to begin late summer.

At this information session we will share details on the unit sizes, sales prices, and homebuying process. You can either participate via phone or video conference. Meeting participation instructions will be provided after registration.
