House ATL Affordable Living Showcase

House ATL’s Homeownership Working Group offers monthly Affordable Living Showcases to promote affordable for-sale homes and to educate real estate professionals and homebuyers about available downpayment assistance and financing options. Locations rotate around the metro Atlanta area.

This Showcase features a townhome, where the townhome plan is being built at additional locations, so visitors will be able to tour the layout and learn more about other available homes in Oakland City (4 units) and English Ave (4 units).

Oakland City (4 homes):
• 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
• Primary bedroom on main
• No HOA fees
• 1,320 sq ft
• 2 units include fireplaces

English Ave (4 homes):
• 3 units: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, primary on main, 1,320 sq ft, fireplace
• 1 unit: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (roommate plan with ensuite baths), 1,020 sq ft, fireplace
