The Atlanta Land Trust (ALT) is making homeownership affordable with new and renovated single-family homes in the historic Pittsburghcommunity. At this information session, Pittsburgh residents will beintroduced to the community land trust model used by ALT to createpermanently affordable homes. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about:
- Qualifying to buy a home
- Navigating the homebuying process with ALT
- Resources available to help you purchase your home
- Current and future home listings in the Pittsburgh neighborhood
This is an in-person event. We will be following CDC guidelines on socialdistancing. Masks will be required.
