This FREE training session for real estate professionals will provide an overview of the Atlanta Land Trust (ALT) and its partners who are working to create permenantly affordable homes in Atlanta using the community land trust (CLT) model. ALT was created to maintain affordability in neighborhoods at risk of gentrification and displacement, due in part to the growth and development near the Atlanta BeltLine. We host virtual information sessions via Zoom on the second Saturday of each month.

Future homeowners and community members who want to learn about ALT are welcome.
