In the third quarter of 2019 we closed on the sale of our first home in the Pittsburgh neighborhood; made significant progress on the design and financing of 1091 Tucker Avenue; identified a homebuyer for 885 Smith Street; and completed construction on 1138 Harwell Street. We have also begun outreach efforts in earnest with bimonthly Community Information Sessions and monthly Real Estate Agent Information Sessions.
We were also thrilled to be awarded several grants, including support from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation, Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., Freddie Mac, Grounded Solutions Network and Wells Fargo. These funders join MailChimp, the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, The Kendeda Fund, the PNC Foundation and SPARCC in supporting the work of the Atlanta Land Trust in 2019.
