West Atlanta Open House

Come learn about a unique homeownership opportunity in two of Atlanta’s most historic neighborhoods – Mozley Park and Washington Park. Combining preservation, affordability and sustainability, these projects highlight the historic character of the neighborhood while exceeding modern energy standards. Attendees will learn about the history of the homes, specific energy saving techniques, and how the community land trust model works to ensure long-term affordability in the heart of the city.

• Presentation will begin at 10 AM at 1575 Mozley Place SW.  The home at 1138 Harwell will be open for viewing.
• Representatives will be on hand from The Georgia Trust, Atlanta Land Trust, Southface Institute, and Lifecycle Building Center.
• Prizes and refreshments will be provided.
• Walk along the BeltLine between these historic neighborhoods!
